Las Vegas Wedding Packages General Information
The minister will conduct your wedding then file the marriage license at the Clark county Recorder's Office for legal recognition in the United States.
Ceremonies can be performed in German, French, Japanese, Spanish or English. For a $75 fee translation services can be provided for Italian, Portuguese and Dutch.
At least one witness is required on the marriage license. If needed, the chapel will provide a witness for the ceremony at no additional charge.
You will be required for obtaining the marriage license. A passport or driver's license will be acceptable. No birth certificates or divorce papers are necessary to bring.
This Nevada state office is open 365 days a year, including all holidays and weekends. Hours of operation are 8 a.m. until midnight. They are located in the downtown area on the corner of Clark and 3rd Streets at 201 E. Clark Ave., Las Vegas.
Outside seven days of the wedding there will be a full refund. Inside seven days of the wedding date a 50% refund will be honored. A no show will NOT be refundable. All off site or helicopter weddings are subject to weather conditions and are otherwise nonrefundable.
Hours of Operation
The wedding chapel is open every day of the year, including all holidays from 8:00 a.m. until midnight.
Black Out Dates
December 12 and New Year's Eve.
Renewal of Vows
These ceremonies do not require a marriage license, therefore the marriage license fee of $60 will be deducted from the wedding package price except the Las Vegas Helicopter Night Flight, the Valley of Fire and Grand Canyon Helicopter. These three tour prices do not include a $60 marriage license fee since the couple is responsible for their own license. For Graceland Chapel's records they will have the couple to fill out a form which attest to the fact that they are legally and lawfully married to each other.
